For hygiene and safety reasons, jewelry, accessories, and pet items cannot be returned once opened/used, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will happily replace the item or issue a refund after review. -
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. -
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. -
